The Connersville Middle School Girls Track and Field Came in 4th Place overall competing against 7 other schools. Top finishers for the Spartans were Abby Lindsey in the 100m coming in 5th and 200m where she placed 7th and 400m taking 4th, Caroline finished 2nd in the 800m and 1600, while finishing 6th in 2400m, Maddison Welter came in 7th in both the 100m and 200m Hurdles, 4x100 took 6th, and 4x400m 4th overall. In field events the top performers were Laney Holmes in the Long jump in 13th, Zoey Klein 10th in discus and 7th in Shot Put, Maddison Welter with a new PR of 6'7" The team is in action again Tonight in the EIAC middle school championship in Batesville.
