Connersville

The Connersville Middle School Boy Track and Field Came in 2nd Place overall competing against 7 other schools. Top finishers for the Spartans were Copper Deboard in the 100m, 200m where he placed 2nd overall in both, Graham Ferguson in the 400m where he placed 3rd overall, Brayden Bunch finished 1st in 800m, Leo Moyer finished 1st in both the 1600m and 2400m where he set a SCHOOL RECORD of 8:29.03, Branson Duncan in the 110m Hurdles came in 1st and 200m Hurdles came in 3rd, 4x800 Spartans were 1st overall, 4x100 2nd overall 4x400 3rdd overall. In field events the top performers were Leo Moyer in High jump coming in 4th, Cooper Deboard in the Long jump, taking 1st overall, Brady Adkins 4th in discus and Shot Put. In friendly competition Connersville took 3rd in the throwers relay and in the coaches relay Connersville came in 2nd The team is in action again Tonight in the EIAC middle school championship in Batesville.
